Vanguard Patch Notes 1/24/2008

GENERAL
- Fixed the rating display issues for Ammo. Ammo also no longer shows its min and max range values as being adjusted.
- The Crafting and Diplomacy quest in progress bangs will now be displayed instead of the adventuring in progress quest bang as appropriate.
- Fixed an issue with the spam filter and the regional channels, so spam will now be labeled as such for these channels.
- Fixed several dozen typos and grammatical errors.
- You no longer take falling damage while mounted on a flying mount.

ADVENTURING
- Cleric - Fixed a bug causing Strike Down not to stack with Speed of Ghalnn.
- Cleric - Speed of Ghalnn no longer incurs global recovery
- Necromancer - Added a line of text to the description of Despoiling Blight to indicate that the ability can only be active on one target at a time. This restriction has always been there, but it was never indicated.
- Rogue - Drub now costs 8 endurance

CRAFTING
- All Gawrut Kern NPCs have been moved closer to the crafting area.
- Korma Rett at the Tawar Galan crafting area now offers recipe training.
- Kenta at the Tawar Galan crafting area now sells crafting equipment as well as utilities.

WORLD POPULATION
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Akym's Dagger is now displaying as a heroic instead of legendary weapon. In addition the damage and delay have both been increased slightly. Otherwise the stats remain relatively unchanged.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Ancient Eyelords will now aggro players from a further distance.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Zaygius will now drop a mold and a drop from his unique loot table instead of two drops from his unique loot table.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Malfunctioning Maintenance Spark is now hits slightly harder, has slightly more hp, and no longer drops ore or shadow diamonds.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - The Prime Warden of Nusibe has the appropriate corpse despawn timer for a raid boss while loot remains on the corpse.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - I-99 Shiver's Rune of Cold ability now has a root effect.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Zaraax's Infernal Gasp is now the proper spell type.
- Ancient Port Warehouse - Core Processor: Fixed an issue that was causing the chunk to crash.
- Pantheon of the Ancients - Pantheon Sentry now sees through stealth.
- Quests - Players on the quest ‘Collect Samples of Ore for Donovan' will now be able to get the necessary quest drops.
- Quests - A Call to Arms: Fixed an issue where all waves could be kited around until the final boss appears.
- Quests - Bounty Hunt: The Groundserpent: Racfir Gravna will no longer escort you and will give you a location in your journal.
- Quests - Collect Samples of Ore for Donovan: The axe now drops again from the Infineum miners/thralls.
- Quests - Coming of the Wyrmtide: Fixed an issue where the agro NPC's would attack players that clicked on the war machines. The wyrms will now keep them busy.
- Quests - Hunter's League Bounty: Velthezok Skawlra: The drop rate on the blue, red & yellow masks have been increased. The boss will now drop heads for everyone in the group.
- Quests - Monster of Miles: Killing Mountain Mercenaries and Mountain Raiders will now update the quest.
- Quests - Poison Supply (Part 7): Players will now lose their existing pet when thy use the charm potion.
- Quests - Poison Supply (Part : The withered treebark will drop off the Aged Tree Bark again.
- Quests - Raiding the Tombs: Fixed an issue where you could complete the quest without the hilt.
- Quests - Stolen Treasures: Bladesinger Soalas will now offer the quest again if you declined the first time.
- Quests - The Great Catch of '36: The travel journal location of Brock Stonefist has been corrected
- Quests - URT: Cleansing the Crazed: You will no longer be able to click the URT Soul Render repeatedly on the same NPC.
- Tar Janashir - Telquo Danas and Kurru will now offer normal vendor services.
- Trickster's Haven - Call of the Hero will now work within the dungeon.

ITEMS
- Ring of Inhibition: Activating the ability will no longer take players out of stealth.
- Cloak of the Pantheon is now unique.
