it increases your spell haste by 25%. I got this graft on the pvp ffa server 2 days ago and it has to be without a doubt the most useless graft there is. It lasts for 15secs and has a refresh of about 5 mins or more. hOW ON EARTH CAN A LEGENDARY GRAFT BE SO PATHETICALLY USELESS. Wake up devs, is this some kind of joke?
